This corner site, close to Battersea Park and within a conservation area, required a solution that would relate to the scale and proportions of adjoining buildings on two principal roads. CAP’s contemporary yet harmonious approach was welcomed by planners as an enhancement over a previous permission by others. A new owner has retained CAP’s services for the construction phase.
