This major mixed use regeneration site sits over the London Underground platforms, straddles two conservation areas, affects the settings of several listed buildings and includes the conversion of the listed Station entrance building to other uses. CAP acted as urban designers, historic buildings and architectural advisors, as well as planning consultants for the development consortium that undertook this large project. Co-ordination of the work of other consultants, extensive negotiation and submission of a full Appraisal were essential ingredients in winning permission.
