CAP was appointed as historic conservation consultant on the award winning Cork Historic Centre Action Plan, acclaimed for showing the way to revitalise Cork and reintergrating the historic core into the life of the city. It comprised a series of initiatives, which addressed historic restoration, environmental improvements, transportation issues and stimulation of economic activities. These were grouped together within a clearly defined boundary to encourage synergies and enhance the impact of projects.
