Having been involved with the design and construction phase, CAP were commissioned to fast-track the restaurant interior for the new operator. Working closely with the client on interior layouts, lighting design, selection of fittings and specification of finishes, we produced a simple, streamlined look which expresses our balanced approach to the preservation of historic features and introduction of complementary modern ones.
