Our support in the form of appraisal, design advice and negotiation helped to win permission for this exciting remodelling of an obsolete 1960s office block and its converstion to residential, designed by MAP Projects. The urban design and architectural benefits in relation to a conservation area and adjacent listed building overcame initial local authority concern over the increased height.
