Competition winning project for strategy and coordination of conservation and enhancements for the Government’s Westminster precinct. including Trafalgar Square, Parliament Square, Embankment Gardens, Horse Guard Parade, St James’ Park, Victoria Embankment, Privy Gardens and ancient Palace of Whitehall. Background to the later World Squares study.
